Terms & Conditions Program: RECLAIM HER 1:1 High Touch Coaching Program Provider: Soul Sisters Society (DBA Anissa Ansley) Effective Date: Date of enrollment 1 Services Included 12 bi-weekly 1:1 Power Sessions (60 min each) 6 Monthly Regal Group Circles (60 min each) 6-month Soul Sisters Society Membership (masterclasses, forum) Reclaim Her Luxe Toolkit (journal, workbook, guides, ritual kit) 2 Deep-Dive Intensives (Rest Architecture & Power Blueprint) Personalized Power Blueprint action plan 2 Enrollment & Fees Pay in full: $4,700 USD Or two payments of $2,600 USD (total $5,200) Payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer Enrollment confirmed upon receipt of first payment 3 Session Policies Book via online scheduler Reschedule with at least 48-hour notice or session is forfeited Sessions last 60 minutes (extensions at Coach discretion) 4 Confidentiality All coaching conversations and materials are strictly confidential, except where legally required. 5 Client Commitments Client agrees to active engagement, completion of assignments, honest communication, and maintaining stable internet, camera, and audio. 6 Limitations & Disclaimer Coaching is not therapy; no guaranteed outcomes. Liability caps at total fees paid under this agreement. 7 Intellectual Property All program materials are owned by Soul Sisters Society; Client receives a personal, non-transferable license to use them during the program. 8 Termination By Client: 14-day written notice for prorated refund of unused sessions By Coach: Termination for non-payment or policy breach; no refund for delivered sessions Access ends upon termination
